Mark Vercruysse is a "Senior Partner" and "Key Advisor" of Consummate Technologies. Mark is an accomplished financial services industry leader, having spent the last 35 years leading several global client facing organizations. His roles have specialized in Client Relationship Management, Business Development, Client Services and Banking. He has a track record of spearheading new business initiatives and growth across client segments including multinational Investment Banks, Brokers, Global Custodians, Private Banks and Buy Side Firms.

Mr. Vercruysse is currently the Founder and CEO of Newmark Focus Solutions, LLC which provides advisory services to financial services firms in the form of new business development strategy andproduct expertise. Previously he served as Managing Director, and Head of Global Relationship Management at the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation, the world’s largest clearing and depository business.Mark was responsible for setting client strategy for all business lineswhich generated over $1.8 billion in annual revenue.Healso served on several internal and industry committees including those responsible for Risk Management and Product Development. He was also a key contributor as the firm guided clients through several crisis including 9/11 and Superstorm Sandy. Mark also has been recognized as a speaker at numerous industry forumson topics such as Clearance and Asset Services, Risk Management, operational modernization and the future of client service.

Mark has been active in the communityserving as President of board of directors for fundraising and youth sports organizations. He has also been an active Big Brother in the Big Brother/Big Sister program and was a scholastic Men’s Lacrosse Official.

Mark has a B.A. in Economics from the State University of New York, College at Cortland. He also has completed credit risk training at New York University and successfully attended the Wharton Securities Industry Institute Executive Program. Mark currently resides in Yorktown Heights, New York with his wife of 35 years, Mae. Together they have three grown children and two grandchildren. An avid golfer, Mark also enjoys exercising and travel.
